Beginning without any preparation, it requires 27 days before you can heat. From that point on - your starter is prepared to heat at regular intervals (or see idea following and prepare reasonable sums like clockwork or thereabouts).

2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. flour

Consolidate fixings in huge, impenetrable holder. Store at room temperature; don't refrigerate.
Mix starter with WOODEN SPOON consistently for 17 days.
On day 18, sit idle.
On days 19, 20 and 21, mix.
On day 22 mix with wooden spoon and add:
(Mix prior to adding) 1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
On days 23, 24, 25 and 26, mix.
On day 27, add:
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
Take out 1 cup multiple times.
Give 1 cup each to 2 companions and keep 1 leftover cup to prepare up and save 1 cup as starter for your next group.
